Liastech BI Company will provide you with a selection of three (3) to five (5) standard website design templates relevant your business segment. You shall select one (1) design from the options provided for the development of the complimentary website. Custom design requests beyond the standard templates may be subject to additional charges and a separate agreement.

The project shall commence with a kick-off call, during which the website design will be selected and the overall project plan will be discussed. You are entitled to a maximum of two (2) rounds of design reviews to finalize the design outcome. Requests for major or material design changes beyond the scope of the standard templates provided will not be accommodated under this agreement and may be subject to additional charges under a separate arrangement.

You agree to host your free website with Libastech BI Marketing for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. This fee is to be paid after the sign-off of the project, before the publishing of the website. You will choose from one of 4 plans below.

Monthly Plan - RM79/m

Quarter Plan - RM210 (RM70/m)

Half-Yearly Plan - RM348 (RM58/m)

Yearly Plan - RM600 (RM50/m)

To make it easy and affordable for you to go online, we’re offering the website for free — no development charges at all. The only cost is the one-year web hosting commitment, which helps us cover the cost of building and maintaining your website. Since every website needs hosting anyway, this isn’t an extra fee — it’s just part of keeping your site online. We do ask that you host your website with us for at least one year. We appreciate your understanding and support!
